We welcome beginners with open arms! The perfect starting point is either our Mat Pilates class, which builds the foundational principles of the practice, or a standard Reformer Pilates class. Our instructors are experts at providing modifications for all levels. The best way to begin is with our Introductory Offer, which allows you to try two classes and see what feels best for your body.
Please wear comfortable, fitted athletic wear that allows you to move freely. For hygiene and safety, grip socks are required for all Reformer classes and are available for purchase at the studio. We provide all mats and equipment. Just bring yourself and a water bottle—we have a filtered water station for refills.
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. To be fair to all our clients and those on the waitlist, any cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of that class credit. Members with unlimited packages will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee. You can manage your bookings easily through our online system or app.
Yes, our class credits have an expiration date to encourage a consistent practice.

Mat Pilates uses your own body weight as resistance to build deep core strength and master control. Reformer Pilates utilizes a specialized machine with springs and pulleys to add resistance and support, allowing for a highly targeted, full-body workout that is excellent for sculpting lean muscle and improving alignment. Both are fantastic—we recommend trying both to see how they complement each other.
